Booking Validity: The BBH Monsoon Lucky Draw Scheme is valid from 10 A.M. on 1st August 2020 to 4 P.M. on 31st August 2020. The lucky draw will be live telecast on 1st September at 5 P.M. User ID and password will be provided to participants.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Participant must be above 18 years of age.
- Participant must be a citizen of India.
- Participant must not have a criminal record.
- Proof of address required (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Driver License).
Validation period: 1 Year, after Covid-19 vaccination.
The BBH Lucky Draw winners include a maximum of two persons. Winners can choose from six fixed holiday packages.
Non-winners may customize their holiday packages PAN India, with the token amount considered as advance fees towards a future holiday package (after GST deduction).
Participation Criteria:
- Participation requires payment of INR 2000/- (Deluxe), INR 3000/- (Super Deluxe), or INR 5000/- (Luxury) towards the BBH Lucky Draw (non-refundable).
- There will be 5 winners selected from 50 participants per batch, based on voucher serial numbers. The draw outcome is final.
Winners will be notified via WhatsApp/email within 7 working days of the draw.
Winners may gift the holiday package, provided the recipient meets the eligibility criteria.
Participants consent to the use of their photographs and videos for BBH promotional offers and future events.
Participants agree not to hold the organizer or affiliates liable for any claims or losses related to the draw.
The draw is subject to force majeure (acts of God or other uncontrollable circumstances), with no liability on BBH.
Non-compliance with formalities will disqualify participants.
The winning package is not redeemable for cash or other currency.
Decisions of the organizer are final and binding.
Income tax, gift tax, or any other statutory taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of winners.
