Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made through our official website, authorized agents, or our customer service team.
A minimum deposit of 40% is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before departure.
Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by the Customer
30 days before departure: Full refund (minus processing fees).
10 to 15 days before departure: Partial refund of 70%.
Less than 10 days before departure: No refund.
Cancellation by the Company
If we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, government restrictions), we will offer a full refund or an alternative tour of equal value.
Changes & Modifications
Any request for changes to the booking (dates, itinerary, participants) must be made at least 20 days before the departure date and is subject to availability and additional charges.
Travel Documents & Requirements
Customers are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, identification, and any necessary travel permits.
Health and vaccination requirements must be checked before departure.
Responsibilities & Liabilities
We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
Participants must comply with all safety instructions provided by our guides.
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by major events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or strikes.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all customers purchase travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.
Code of Conduct
Participants must behave respectfully towards fellow travelers, guides, and local communities.
Any misconduct, illegal activities, or violation of local laws will result in immediate removal from the tour without a refund.
Complaints & Dispute Resolution
Any complaints during the tour should be reported immediately to our tour leader or customer service team.
